  • Letters to Parents

Magor Messenger newsletters (which include dates for the diary) are emailed to parents at the end of each half term. These can also be found in the News and Events section of this website.

Letters, Class Learning Journeys and The Magor Messenger newsletter are all emailed to parents using the Iris ParentMail communication system. For information about how to register with Iris ParentMail and download/use their mobile App, please contact the school office.

Please keep the school office updated if your email address changes to ensure you do not miss out on these letters.

Letter from the Headteacher dated 2nd October 2020

The following message was emailed to parents on 22nd September 2020 using ParentMail.

The weather is set to deteriorate over the next few days. We have put the following arrangements in place should it be raining at drop off and pick up times:

Morning: Pupils will come onto the school yard using the same gates as they currently do. They will be able to go straight into their classroom and not line up. The gates will open at 8:50am and be locked promptly at 9:05am. Staff will be on duty to direct pupils if needed. If you are late please make your way to the main gates and telephone the office to let us know you are there. We will come to collect the pupils from the gate.

Please do not enter the school site.

Afternoon: The current arrangements will remain. Pupils will come onto the yard and straight out to parents using the same gates as they currently do.
