In Key Stage Two, children are expected to return to class if arrangements for collection are not met.

Teachers will only be responsible for pupils in The Foundation Phase until 3.05pm and Key Stage Two until 3.20pm.

If a child is to be collected from school by someone other than a parent/carer, a parent must inform the school office or class teacher in advance.

School Transport

If your child is entitled to school transport, please liaise directly with your council's School Passenger Transport Unit. The school cannot make or change decisions relating to these arrangements.

Children are supervised by school staff to ensure they get on the correct bus/taxi at the end of the school day using the lists provided by the council. A parent must contact the school office, as well as the driver, if their child is not going home on the bus/taxi on any particular day. This includes the days they will be collected from school by an after school club provider. If there is a routine for these arrangements, you can email this to the school office who will update the information on the bus/taxi registers.
